Jan Sawka
Jan Sawka, a member of the Polish avant-garde during the 1960s and 70s, has become an internationally renowned painter, printmaker, set designer, sculptor and multimedia artist combining art and technology. He designed a touring concert stage set for The Grateful Dead in 1989, for Traffic in 1994, and for a number of theaters, and today is working on the Peace Monument for the City of Jerusalem.
